What to Expect

It may be difficult to fully comprehend how a carefully crafted Business Plan can set you apart from others in the eyes of potential stakeholders. It may be easier to understand how an Independent Valuation Analysis can be helpful. And it is self evident that a PPM is needed in raising funds. Carefully constructed documents are extremely beneficial for a new venture, but more importantly is the experience behind the creation process that leads to a strategic level consulting review and assessment – this may have far reaching benefits including:

I will not take on any work unless I know I can add value to your entity, and it will likely take more than one conversation to accurately assess this. Opening up your ideas, goals, and aspirations for your venture is akin to telling me all the details of your closest and most loyal friend. I recognize that. You can expect that my 35 years of analyzing a variety of companies will be applied in an objective manner to your situation. My work is customized for each situation. Fee Structure – Compensation is based primarily on the size of the project. Small projects have hourly rates. For projects beyond a review that involve more hours, the hourly rate declines. For larger projects involving creation of one or several documents, a project fee is used. For these larger projects, a combination of cash along with stock/options can be used to minimize the drawdown on cash. This performance based compensation aligns incentives with the success of your entity.
